Father Kerr and local man Turlough Toner, the Provincial Chancellor of the Knights of Columbanus visited our Sacramental classes today. Father Kerr congratulated the classes on their sincere preparation for the recent Sacraments and Mr Toner outlined the very interesting history of the Knights of Columbanus. He showed the groups a replica penal cross, one of a group being made, one of which will be donated to our school. The visit finished with each child receiving a prayer book and prayers led by Father Kerr.
