We are so excited to welcome Lisa from RelaxKids into our School.
Lisa will be working with the boys and girls over the next 6 weeks. This week she talked about the 7 steps of relaxation. We took part in different games, and Lisa introduced us to lots of mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
