Children’s Mental Health Week
To celebrate Children’s Mental Health Week we talked about the things that make us happy and what we can do to feel good. We all agreed that when we spend time outside in the fresh air we feel better. We took more brain breaks this week and used our daily mile time to refresh and reset. We enjoyed nice chats with friends and being able to get our steps up.
Today we painted some rocks and decorated them with positive affirmations. Have a look at some of the lovely messages the boys and girls came up with today.
