Light,Camera, Action!

Today the Primary 5/6/7 class were completing their work on our new school IPads.  We were using two apps - ‘Chatterpix’ and ‘iMovie’ to create a digital ‘Guess Who’ movie.  The boys and girls were working in groups to gather pictures from the internet, edit and crop them.  We firstly used ‘ChatterPix‘ where the children recorded sound on to the pictures and exported them to the camera roll.  The second App we used was ‘iMovie’. The children brought their work together in ‘iMovie’ where they were able to edit and use different transitions from one scene to the next. At all times we were interchanging work on the Interactive white board using Apple TV to assess each other’s movies. For this to be their first attempt at using these Apps - the children were fantastic and picked up the skills very quickly. Here are some of our masterpieces!
