On Pancake Tuesday P.1 & P.2 got busy making pancake mix for the whole school!
The children measured and mixed their way to enough pancake batter to make dozens of pancakes.
Miss O'Hare and Veronica made the pancakes and the children added a variety of yummy toppings.
Everyone tucked in and the pancakes were delicious.
