Today we used edible treats in class to help us when completing the bus stop method in division sums. The children used a mixture of grapes, blueberries, smarties and skittles to sort into groups. We used strawberry laces to make our groups and wrote our sums down on white board each time using the practical aids to assist in working out the sum. The added bonus at the end of the lesson was the joy of being able to eat the practical tools! 🤩ðŸ¬ðŸ‡
